If so, you likely crane your neck forward so you can see your computer when you work, the road when you drive and more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"mntl-sc-block_1-0-2\">Believe it or not, making the effort to recover\u2014both from the two posture problems mentioned above and any pain or discomfort these may cause\u2014is also good for you in other ways. It can help you become more aware of your \u200b<a href=\"https:\/\/www.verywellhealth.com\/ideal-alignment-296929\">body alignment<\/a>, which in turn may help you prevent future problems.
