The average person changes their sheets every 24 days, according to a survey of 1,000 Americans by&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.mattressadvisor.com\/a-clean-sleep\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Mattress Advisor<\/a>. Respondents said that they could technically go longer, saying it would get gross at about 35 days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Spoiler alert: That\u2019s much longer than experts recommend.
