While I still strongly advocate for trying any \u201chated\u201d vegetable several times (yes, even&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.everydayhealth.com\/columns\/everyday-dietitian\/nutritionist-on-how-she-learned-to-love-hated-vegetables\/\">Swiss chard<\/a>) and using many different preparation methods, there are ways to add more greens to our diets without sacrificing on flavor. One of my favorite ways? Smoothies!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As you know, I love a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.everydayhealth.com\/columns\/everyday-dietitian\/looks-gross-tastes-great-the-ugly-green-smoothie-this-dietitian-swears-by\/\">good smoothie<\/a>\u00a0as much as the next person.
