You can even whip it up for mom on Mother\u2019s Day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Here\u2019s how these indulgent foods fit into your fat-loss plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kurt shed 87 pounds and 22% percentage points body fat on ABC\u2019s&nbsp;<em><a href=\"https:\/\/fatburningman.com\/kurt-drops-87-pounds-in-14-weeks-and-burns-the-most-fat-with-the-wild-diet-finale-recap\/\">My Diet is Better Than Yours<\/a><\/em>, and&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/fatburningman.com\/intermittent-fasting-101-how-to-drop-fat-and-build-muscle-fast\/\">intermittent fasting<\/a>&nbsp;was one of his weight-loss tools.
