This is a quick fitness test just based on questions. It does not ask for your name or email address, just basic questions and an answer without hassle.
I was very pleased with my result and perhaps you will be as well. It is a very optimistic test
The main thing you need to know that you may not have is your maximum heart rate (which I see when I run a tread mill and gun it for a minute) and your resting heart rate (set your phone to stopwatch and count your heart beats for 10 second, then multiple by 6)
