I found this in a facebook health group and I’m openly and notoriously stealing it. It is, after all, and open letter from Santa.

Hi friend,
I’m Santa (Immortal Nick).
Chronological age: 1,754. Biological age: 28.
My speed of aging is 0.015, and I follow a few protocols to make that happen*:
+ Dry sauna. I stay warm in the North Pole with 20 mins of daily sauna at 200°F (93°C).
+ Jolliness. Unhappy people have a 14% higher risk of dying than very happy people. I stay jolly with a daily gratitude practice and weekly dance parties with the elves.
+ Sleep. Sleep is my #1 priority 364 nights a year. I set my bedroom temp to 60-67°F (15-19°C), keep a consistent sleep schedule with a 7-9 hour sleep opportunity, and minimize long-haul travel to one epic night a year.
+ Exercise. I get 6 hours of exercise a week with a mix of zone 2 cardio, HIIT, strength, and mobility training. Think chimney climbs, sleigh pulls, and the ski erg machine.
+ Nutrition. Yes to veggies, legumes, protein, nuts, and extra virgin olive oil. No to alcohol, added sugar, and fried food. Common misconception: I do drink cocoa, but I get it from Longevity Protein.
+ Haircare. I’ve got a surprisingly full head of hair at 1,754 years old. I wear a red light laser cap for 6 mins a day.
+ UV exposure. Not that hard to avoid in winter at the North Pole. In summer, I limit sun exposure to when the UV index is below 3. Over 4, I wear a wide-brimmed hat.
Here’s what’s in my supplement sack:
+ Longevity Mix: 1 daily drink with 13 health actives like glucosamine, magnesium, and glycine
+ Essential Capsules: 2 daily pills with 24 nutrients like zinc, biotin, and vitamins B12, D, and E
+ Longevity Protein: 26 grams of protein (and cocoa)
+ Omega 3 from microalgae
+ Collagen Peptides
+ Creatine
One final thing: Don’t worry about leaving milk and cookies out this year. I stop eating 4 hours before bedtime.
Be nice,
Santa (Immortal Nick)
